The housing team deals mainly with problems affecting tenants of Manchester Housing and Registered Social Landlords, and people without a home. We can sometimes assist private tenants and owner-occupiers. We do not give advice to landlords.
We will only see people from South Manchester.
If you are facing immediate eviction from your home then we may be able to see you on an emergency basis.
We are prepared to take on cases for people who live in South Manchester. We will not take cases on for people living in Stockport, Trafford or Wythenshawe. We do not guarantee to take on any particular case.
Telephone advice is available to everyone (but not landlords).
